The Classic and intimate Crest theater has been around since 1949 but don’t let it’s age fool you. This cute neighborhood theater is equipped with modern Digital projectors as well as 3D movies and full surround sound.
As if that wasn’t enough you can enjoy a beer or wine with your popcorn and tickets are just $4.00 all day long. You heard that right. All tickets are $4.00 all day every day and just $5.50 for 3D.
The drinks are reasonably priced as are the candy and nachos etc. Even a large bucket of popcorn here is under $8. The Crest theater is worth checking out any night of the week, but you might want to get your tickets early if you’re planning for a weekend evening showing.
Street Parking is available in abundance as well as a small lot next to the theater so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot.

Glazed and Amazed is the premier location in North Seattle to paint custom ceramics as well as create beautiful handmade fused glass pieces. It’s the perfect place to take any date.
G&A provides the brushes and colors as well as a huge selection of tools and stencils to create unique textures and effects in any medium. Their fused glass options are numerous and they’re one of the only studios in the area where you can learn to work with glass in such a safe environment.
You can make everything in ceramic from a coffee mug to an elaborate sushi tray. In glass you could opt for a necklace or go for something more functional and decide to “slump” your piece into a plate or tray for a small fee.
