Super Six is located just a few blocks away from A Greener Today Seattle. Super Six’s menu features a variety of Hawaiian inspired options, with my personal favorite being the wings. If you’re a wing fan, these are a must try.
Their happy hour menu is great and the house cocktails are worth a splurge without a doubt. From the talented bartenders, both the Thatcher (bourbon base) and the Island Spritz (lemongrass infused vodka base) are worth more than a few sips.
The featured menu item at the time of writing is the Tempura Fish Tacos which feature Rockfish. The spice in contrast with the cojita cheese, give these tacos a lovely balance. Another great feature of Super Six in Columbia City is their delivery service which is available from Amazon Prime, Uber Eats and Caviar.
Super Six’s automotive theme throughout gives a glimpse into the past of Columbia City and the reserved on site parking is a refreshing taste of the future.
