This shop is my favorite

This shop is my favorite of all the shops in the Seattle area because of its wonderful service and competitive pricing of their wide selection, some of which being exclusive to their store. They’re not trying to get every dollar they can out of you, rather they would like to see you get what you want.

One thing I noticed is that Uncle Ikes may have some of the same product for the same price mostly but sometimes a dollar or two cheaper. However the majority will cost the same. This store is fast when you want to be in and out as well. Much faster than any time I’ve been to Uncle Ikes and I’ve been there more than this shop.

perfect preroll

Lauren was awesome and helped pick the perfect preroll (bonus- it was on sale so I got two) for this sunny afternoon. Both employees were friendly and welcoming. I work a block away and it was my first time in. I’ll definitely be back.

Trinity and Jamie are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The vibes are immaculate and the prices are super competitive.

Love this spot!

Love this spot! It looks great with the new make over and John always sets me up with the fire. They have some crazy good sales too, just yesterday I bought a $50 top shelf flower for $30. They just keep giving me reasons to come back!

The cutest dispensary! They put so much effort into their organization & decorations, I was so impressed. Tonnnnns of great options to choose from! All the staff was so helpful & kind, especially Noah! Definitely will be back!

beyond helpful

I love this place!! I worked with Heather and she was beyond helpful. I’ve been to a lot of shops but I’ve never had someone take the time to explain the difference in live resin vs normal dabs. She was educational, helpful, and overall made my experience amazing. Will definitely come back for more!

good customer service

I drove from Federal Way because you guys had a specific strain that I’ve been looking for. I spoke to Jamie about it the night before but Eddie helped me and my friend today. Can you talk about an hilarious experience? I love this person. He is exceptional at his customer service. What I don’t understand is why can’t the bud tenders be tipped. They deserve it. If they give me good customer service then they deserve to have a tip. Just saying hope things change for that but you’ll be seeing me again. Thank you Eddie for making the trip out. A very nice experience for us

chill and kind

My husband and I came here once or twice a month in the year we lived in White Center. Employees were always chill and kind. They have a wide arrange of different offerings for different budgets too! Never was told anything was out of stock. When we came in the last time and told them we were moving they treated us like friends saying good bye. Highly recommend to be your neighborhood go to weed shop!

really helpful for someone like me

The staff are really helpful for someone like me who isn’t a smoker and comes in to shop for my disabled sweetheart. They can understand his messages and preferences and they try really hard to find the best product. My sweetheart has always been confident in the knowledge of those they hire to work there. We just really appreciate the willingness to work with us and the level of customer service received. <3 <3 Would be nice if the ATM fee was a little lower and if the ATM could issue as small as $10 though there's probably good reason why it can't do either. Bags with little handles would be nice. :) Another shop we go to sometimes has a 10 day window for exchanging defective carts vs WS's 5 days.

My go to shop in the area.

Nice store. They have really good sales each day. $20 full gram cartridges! And the parking is better than most stores I’ve been to. A guy named John helped me out and was super friendly. It’s also nice that it’s not just a bunch of people stoned out of their mind. My go to shop in the area.

really impressed

I’m really impressed with the shopping experience here. Once we entered, a staff member explained how all product was on a wall to browse at our leisure. We could ask any questions or just go up to the registers to request what we wanted when we were ready. They had a great selection that was organized by price point — something to fit everyone’s budget. This made it easy to take our time and decide what would work best for our needs.

Once we made our choices, we were able to look at a couple of packages of what we selected to choose the exact one we preferred. The budtender gave us helpful info about the products to help us make the final choice. There was also a really deep discount that day of the week on a premium producer that we didn’t want to pass up.

This model made for a great shopping experience! Highly recommend.

Always clean with welcoming kind staff. My online orders are always ready promptly and if I come in staff is more than happy to help me find what I’m looking for.

went here yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and great atmosphere. my bud tender was knowledgeable on the product and made a great recommendation. i definitely recommend The West Seattle Marijuana Store.
