Medical Curbside

Dear Medical Patients,

AGT’s Medical Curbside is in full effect!¬† To cut down on unnecessary calls to the store, please check our website for updates.¬† If at some point we have to close or need to change hours, we will post on the site.¬† Starting Friday March 20th, all AGT stores will be offering on-premise curbside delivery for qualifying medical patients.

Medical Patient On-Premise Curbside Delivery Process:
We understand that for some medical patients that there may be an added risk to shopping in person.  Fortunately, the LCB has agreed to allow us to deliver to a patient’s car as long as the patient is parked on-premise.

Starting Friday March 20th, we will be offering medical curbside delivery to medical patients or their designated providers, as long as they have valid medical marijuana recognition cards.

Each store is doing their best to mark off spots for medical customers.¬† Unfortunately, we do have some customers who do not, “like to read”, which may make this more difficult than it needs to be.

 How the Medical Curbside process will work:

1) Order ahead by doing a phone order or submitting an order through our website

2) Once we have notified you that your order is ready, you may come to the store

3) Once in the parking lot, CALL the store and we will ask you to provide the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Recognition Card number
  3. Vehicle description 

4) Once we have validated your information we will come outside to personally check your ID, recognition card and collect payment. 

5) Once payment has been tendered we will bring you your order. 

6) We can show you each item in the bag to ensure accuracy. Then we can put your order directly into your trunk so you can quarantine your product for 12-24 hours If you would like.

 

Seattle: Online Store

AGT Seattle is Pre-order.  We are operating with regular hours.

 Implemented Procedures for customers:

  • Medical Curbside Available
  • All customers MUST Pre-Order either 1) on our website (you must be able to receive texts if ordering online) or 2) through a phone order
  • Customers will be carded outside the building and may have to wait for a few minutes as we process everyone‚Äôs orders as quickly as we can, so please dress in warm clothes for cold weather.
  • No more than 6 customers will be allowed in the shop at the same time
  • Our loyalty system has been disabled to avoid touching iPads.¬† Don‚Äôt worry we are doing 20% off almost everything in the store.
  • Please understand if we politely ask you to step away from the counters or other customers.¬† We are doing this for your safety.
  • If you are sick, do not come into the store.¬†¬†
  • Do NOT hand ID to staff.¬† Hold it out for them to read.¬†
    • ¬†*If you have a vertical ID or appear younger than 21 staff may ask to examine your ID.

Staff Procedures:

  • Regular sanitation of high touch surfaces, such as ATM pads, counters, iPads, door knobs
  • Any staff with symptoms are forced to stay home.¬† They are eligible for sick time
  • Staff are encouraged to wear the provided gloves for handling cash
  • No sharing of food or drinks
  • Must wash hands before eating and after using the restroom

 

Shoreline: Online Store

AGT Shoreline is currently accepting walk-ins but encourages pre-orders. All pre-orders are 20% off. 

We are operating with regular hours.

 Implemented Procedures for customers:

  • Medical Curbside Available
  • No more than 4 customers will be allowed on the sales floor at the same time.
  • No more than 3 customers will be allowed to stay in the lobby at the same time.
  • Please keep a safe distance from other customers.¬† Please understand if we politely ask you to step away from the counters or other customers.¬† We are doing this for your safety.
  • Do not hand your ID to staff.¬† Hold it out for them to read.¬†
    • *If you have a vertical ID or appear younger than 21 staff may ask to examine your ID.
  • We request that you use our sanitization station once on the sales floor and encourage you to use some on your way out
    • (We recommend when leaving, putting some in one hand and using the other hand to open the doors, so you can apply it once outside).
